Job Description

Your Mission: 

We're looking for a customer-centric Implementation Consultant to join our rocketship here at AfterShip. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, you will provide the ultimate customer experience and work to delight our customers during onboarding to implement our solutions and ensure that all timelines and deliverables are met. You are a driven team player that thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment where you can work towards the success of our top DTC brands.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Define project scope based on client needs and requirements
  • Ensure completion of projects on-time and on-budget
  • Build an integrated solution for clients by combining software products from multiple vendors with our products
  • Assist customers in system development tasks
  • Providing customer training to set them up for success with AfterShip’s solutions
     

Who We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical field
  • Have customer-facing consulting experience in software implementation and service deployment
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce)
  • Knowledge of APIs and previous exposure to programming languages like Go, Node.js, Java, React, and TypeScript – You won’t need to write code, but you will need to be able to effectively collaborate between our clients and our Product and Engineering teams
  • Strong project management, resource management, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and work well under deadlines
