Job Description

Your Mission: 

AfterShip is looking for a seasoned Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead partnership activities for our three flagship products: AfterShip, Returns Centre, and Postmen. In this role, you will work closely with our technology, platform and agency partners to deliver on co-marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness and lead generation through co-marketing activities with our existing partners.

This is a high-impact position that will help accelerate AfterShip’s growth rate by implementing customer-centric growth strategies for our enterprise audiences. This role is open to remote employees anywhere in the United States or Canada.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Responsible for delivering new enterprise leads through co-marketing activities with our strategic partners.
  • Develop co-marketing strategies and go-to-market activities with our integrations partners, platform partners, and carrier partners.
  • Accountable for the execution of go-to-market activities with partners
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners
  • Maintain, nurture and strengthen relationships with our strategic partners
  • Work with product teams to facilitate new technical integrations with partners
  • Deliver on revenue targets and ensure that quarterly and annual targets are met or exceeded
  • Build relationships with industry influencers to develop and communicate AfterShip’s position as a thought leader in the market
  • Define and monitor metrics that allow for continuous assessment of the partnership program

Who We're Looking For:

  • Data-centric and result-driven individual who continuously looks at program results and optimizes accordingly
  • Experience working with strategic partners to collaboratively develop mutually -beneficial co-marketing plans
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and marketing collateral
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and/or exceeding targets
  • Self-starter who thrives in an agile, startup environment
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience such as partnership management, business development, account management, sales or customer success 
  • Has an existing network within the e-commerce industry
  • 2+ years of marketing experience 
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field
