We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Program Manager to develop and lead a comprehensive sales enablement program. Your primary responsibility will be to align the sales team with AfterShip's vision, strategy, and objectives by providing them with the necessary training, content, and support. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales leadership, marketing, and product teams, to ensure our sales team is equipped with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a competitive market.
Sales Training and Development:
- Develop and implement a structured and effective sales training program for new hires and existing sales team members.
- Identify training needs, knowledge gaps, and areas for skill enhancement within the sales team.
- Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and role-playing exercises to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and objection handling.
Sales Content and Resources:
- Create and curate sales content, collateral, and resources to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Ensure that all sales materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with AfterShip's value proposition and messaging.
- Develop and maintain a centralized repository for easy access to sales enablement materials.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze and optimize the sales process to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and implement tools, technologies, and automation to streamline sales workflows.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of sales methodologies and processes.
- Work closely with marketing to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales initiatives.
- Partner with product teams to provide sales input into product development and enhancements.
- Collaborate with customer support and customer success teams to address customer feedback and improve sales strategies.
Sales Enablement Analytics and Measurement:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of sales enablement initiatives.
- Regularly analyze data and metrics to assess the performance of the sales team and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports to the executive team on sales enablement program outcomes and ROI.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in sales enablement or sales training roles in the software/SaaS industry, preferably in Ecommerce Technology
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales enablement programs that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and sales tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate the sales team.
