Your Mission: 

AfterShip is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our global Social Media team. Utilizing an all-encompassing knowledge of paid social media, your mission is to elevate AfterShip’s online presence, ensuring that AfterShip’s products are in front of the right people, on the right platform, at exactly the right time.

This is a high-impact position where you will help accelerate AfterShip’s growth rate by implementing customer-centric growth strategies; this includes driving results for B2B markets.

This role will report to AfterShip’s Head of Social Media and Influencer Marketing. This position is open to remote workers anywhere in Canada or the USA. As a part of a global team, this role requires collaboration with colleagues located in New Zealand and Asia, which may require working outside of regular business hours 2 times/week. You have autonomy to set your working hours to accommodate working across different time zones.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Define and execute paid social media strategy for AfterShip and its focal products.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their campaign objectives and how paid social media can best deliver them.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Community Manager to plan and brief social media campaigns that are conducive to paid and organic social media requirements.
  • Take responsibility for budgets, metrics, and paid ROI, to ensure that campaigns are continuously optimized from start to finish.
  • Guide stakeholders to deliver best-in-class creative outputs to reach, engage and convert leads.
  • Use analytical social media tools to monitor performance, identify insights, trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
     

Who We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in paid social media advertising, preferably with a focus on LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record of using paid social media to deliver on business objectives. 
  • The ability to form insights quickly and be agile in making data-driven decisions.
  • Working knowledge of social media analytical tools, such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter Business Manager.
  • A collaborative, team-driven attitude, committed to shared goals, managing, and influencing great work across the marketing team.
  • Experience in B2B Saas preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
